Initial Consultation
Ross will come to you for a no obligation, informal chat about your project needs and the services we can provide for you. He will listen to your vision; assess your needs and the block itself before providing advice on any issues or cost implications that may impact the design and costs of building your dream home.
Initial Pricing
We will use the tender plans to prepare a first quote. They will be provided to our trusted subcontractors who will give us their quotes so we can put together your initial quote.
Client Review
Please take time to check that we have included everything that you would like in your home and take out anything that you don’t. We can help you make these decisions. We will make any changes required to the proposal to ensure we are all on the same page.
Contract Signing
Upon receipt of all documentation we will finalise a fixed price to build your home. At this stage final inclusion listing will be discussed to ensure all your luxury items are included in your contract price.
Building Permits
When you have accepted the quote and a fixed price contract is signed, we will submit your plans to obtain a building permit.
Construction
Once contracts have been signed, warranty insurance issued and a building permit received, your home will be scheduled for a start generally within 3 – 6 weeks of contract signing and receipt of building permit. At each stage you will be invited to go through the project with your site supervisor and discuss the next stages.
Completion
Your home is finished and ready to enjoy. Your supervisor will make an appointment to walk through the house with you and complete a pre handover checklist. Any items that go on the list will be attended to before the occupancy permit is issued. Once the final payment has been made we will give you the keys to your new home and you will be able to move in.
Maintenance
Three months after completion your supervisor will make an appointment to go through your home with you to discuss and address any maintenance issues.
